Shipping policy

Production time
Forged Metallics wheels are built to order. Typical production time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation: your set is forged from 6061-T6 aluminum, CNC-machined, and hand-finished in your chosen color after our team verifies fitment for your exact vehicle. FM890 Velocity (cast) wheels and in-stock accessories ship sooner — usually within a few business days.

Shipping within the USA
Shipping is free and fully insured within the continental United States. Each wheel is packed in high-density foam and double-boxed. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your set leaves our facility.

Transit damage — what to do
Please inspect every box on delivery. If anything looks damaged, note it with the carrier if possible and email info@forgedmetallics.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the wheel. Transit damage is covered 100% by our shipping insurance — we will replace the affected wheel at no cost to you.

International orders
We currently focus on the US market. If you'd like to order from outside the United States, contact us at info@forgedmetallics.com before purchasing — we'll confirm availability and shipping cost for your country. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by their country.

Order changes
Because each set is made to order, changes to size, finish, or bolt pattern can only be accommodated before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change anything about your order.
