Refund policy

Returns overview
We accept returns on brand-new, unmounted wheels within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, wheels must be uninstalled, free of tire-mounting marks, and in their original packaging. Once tires have been mounted on a wheel, or a wheel has been driven on, it can no longer be returned.

To start a return, contact us at info@forgedmetallics.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your set. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Fitment guarantee
Every order goes through a fitment verification before production. If your wheels do not fit your vehicle despite our verification, the exchange is on us: we cover return shipping and build you the correct set at no charge. If a fitment issue results from inaccurate vehicle information provided at the time of order, we will still work with you on an exchange, but return shipping will be your responsibility.

Damage in transit
Every shipment is fully insured. Please inspect your wheels on delivery and report any transit damage to info@forgedmetallics.com within 5 days of delivery, with photos of the packaging and the affected wheel. We will replace damaged wheels at no cost to you — this is covered 100% by our shipping insurance.

Warranty
All Forged Metallics forged wheels are backed by a Lifetime Structural Warranty: if a wheel bends or cracks under normal road use, we replace it. Finishes are covered by a 5-Year Finish Warranty against peeling, delamination, and manufacturing defects (damage from curb strikes, corrosive wheel cleaners, or improper installation is not covered). To make a warranty claim, email info@forgedmetallics.com with your order number and photos.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns
For returns that are not related to fitment, defects, or damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend insuring the return shipment; wheels damaged on the way back to us cannot be refunded.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The wheels must be unmounted, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers can take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@forgedmetallics.com.
